Mow front and back yard with a 21 inch or larger Toro, Exmark commercial mulching mowers. We edge with Stihl metal
blades around concrete drive and side walk areas. We trim with Stihl weed eaters around flowerbed's,trees (please protect
otherwise they may be damaged), fences, A/C units, and area's not accessible with a mower. All concrete surfaces are then
blown clean with a Stihl Professional blower.

Mow Day & Times
|
We work Monday - Saturday. Our crews are in certain areas on certain days, so you will be assigned a mow day. The crews
follow the same route every week, so the arrival time will be around the same time every week. When new customers are
added, the arrival times may change, we cannot guarantee a specific time of day. The crews work sometimes until 7:30 pm
in the heavy growing months, so if your place is not mowed by 5 pm, do not worry.

Mowing Season
|
37 week season. Week #1 starts March 9th. Week #37 is November 20. We offer year round service if you need this service.

Communication
|
We prefer to receive request from this site which is monitored not only during the day time , but many times after hours.
When calling if not immediately answered, you will always receive a call back in a timely manner. This allows us to review
your property, if you are not a currently a customer or you want to set up an account please call us so we
can discuss your property concerns.

Complaints
|
If our work is not satisfactory, or you think we may have skipped you somehow, we do not give credit. However, we will
send the crew back to re do without additional charge, either the same day or the following work day. We must be notified
by phone. If you do not notify us within 24 hours, we consider the work satisfactory for this weeks service and we will talk
to our mow crew about your complainant before the next trip.

Rain
|
We will finish our routes unless it is pouring rain all day, in which case , we move the schedule back one
day, so your mow day is scheduled for a Friday it will be serviced on Saturday. However if it rains more
than one day during the week your mow day may not be re-scheduled, and so we urge you to let us mow it
when it is wet.
